The room, especially the floor, is remarkably clean. I'm walking around barefoot and my feet are spotless, unlike in other hotels where the floors weren't properly mopped, leaving my feet dirty and black.

The hotel was cosy and easy to find. There was filtered water dispenser, and some light snacks offered at the lobby. The facilities and room were in clean and good condition when we arrived. We appreciated the view of the greeny grass patch outside our window. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was value for the money spent. Will visit again. It would be excellent if there was an extra toilet roll in the room and hotel slippers.

Basically, I love the Hotel so much. Cozy and well maintained. There is a free coffee and some snack which usually been served by a 4 STAR hotel :). Room is decent but comfortable and clean. Beautiful hotel. Housekeeping team are the best. Very friendly and always smiling when you pass them.

Hotel stay was value for money. 2nd time here. First stay was a room without window and that wasnt good. This time round, we have additional pax (4 pax) and got a room with window and it was great! Simple snacks and beverage (including hot and cold water) provided at ground floor was beyond expectation. Few good eateries and massage place nearby. Short distance to shopping malls.

The staff were perfect. Friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as I was having something on at Toppen Shopping Centre and it was within walking distance through and fro. The loft was great— comfortable and value for money.

The hotel has many F&B outlets and grocery stores. I particularly like Belly Good cafe which is like 2 mins away. There are common facilities available eg work area (with power outlets), ironing board, plus free beverages and some biscuits in the morning near front desk. We didnt drive but there seems to be sufficient street parking spots.

Friendly staff who made the check in hassle-free. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel (street parking). Staff was kind enough to remind to use app to pay for the parking.

Great location. Eateries and convenient store next door. Less than 5 min drive to Aeon,Ikea & Toppen. Helpful and friendly staff. Water dispenser at lobby. Room is comfortable and aircon is strong.

Location wise was ok however you still need to take grab wherever u want to go to places... eatery also nearby for local food especially right at the corner got 1 Ramly burger stall😋👍🏻
